New menu at Angel Restaurant
Angelo's new menu: Italian tradition, exceptional ingredients, and dishes you won't find anywhere else
When a menu changes, it’s for a reason. At Angelo’s, every update is a conversation between what already defines us and what we want to surprise you with the next time you walk through the door.
We’ve revamped the menu while staying true to our philosophy: quality ingredients, artisanal preparation, and recipes that honor Italian tradition without sacrificing creativity. From our artisanal-dough pizzas to our homemade fresh pasta dishes, not to mention appetizers that speak for themselves.
Here's a quick overview of everything you'll find.
The pizzas
Angelo's dough is the starting point for everything. Handmade with care and respect, it is the foundation upon which we build every pizza. The menu is organized into two main categories:
- Carbonara — cream, bacon, and tender onions €14.80
- Taleggio Cheese — milk cream, Taleggio cheese, bacon, and spring onions €15.80
- Margherita €12.90
- Neapolitan — tapas, anchovies, olives €15.80
- 4 Seasons €17.80
- 4 Cheeses — Cheddar, Emmental, Gorgonzola, Mozzarella €16.90
- Angelo — bacon, apple, and goat cheese €16.80
Among the most notable additions to the new menu, two pizzas deserve a special mention:
Fior di latte, cecina from León, stracciatella made with burrata, arugula, and truffle oil. A combination that brings together Castilian and Italian traditions on a single plate.
100% acorn-fed Iberian ham, mushrooms, bacon, and egg. The perfect pizza for those who don't want to choose between Iberian charcuterie and Italian tradition.
Fresh cream with black truffles, mushrooms, bacon, rocket, and truffle oil. One of the dishes that best embodies the spirit of Angelo: intensity, balance, and exceptional ingredients.

At Angelo's, the pasta is made in-house. Homemade, fresh, and prepared with the same care we put into everything we do. The new menu expands the options with pasta shapes and sauces that pay homage to the regions of Italy.
